About

Hello Students!
My name is Enrique Gandarilla and I am an adjunct professor at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, California. I currently teach four courses: Leadership and Supervision (LDR 150), Public Administration (LDR 200), Introduction to Business (BUS 120), and Business Math (BUS 183). I have taught courses online, hybrid, and in-person. I have also taught several non-credit courses on topics such as team building, dealing with difficult people, and change management.
This website is an extension of my online and in-person teaching. I created this website to share my course material with my students and anyone else in the world who is interested in these topics. I want this website to be a repository of course material as well as additional resources that will enhance the courses I am currently teaching.
Are you passionate about becoming a better leader or supervisor? Do you want to improve your management skills? Embark on a journey of discovery with me as we explore these fascinating subjects and contribute to the existing knowledge. Enroll in the class or browse the resources on this website to gain valuable insights and deepen your understanding.
